Ready for the day
Help showering, dressing and getting ready, at your pace and with your privacy respected.
10:00am
The house in order
Cleaning, laundry, changing the beds and keeping on top of the housework.
12:00pm
Out and about
Grocery and essential shopping, with someone beside you and help carrying the bags.

Good company
A cuppa and a chat, a walk around the block, or getting along to a club or a catch-up with friends.
